The history of Energy Engineering Department:
Department of Energy Engineering was established in September 2014 and started its activities with admission of B.Sc. students. The mission of the Energy Engineering Department in Quchan University of Technology is to train human resources who can extend knowledge and its application beyond the boundaries of its campus. It aims to stimulate the society by developing students’ intellectual, cultural, scientific, professional and technological expertise.
The academic staff of the Energy Engineering Department consists of 14 members, including 7 associate professors and 7 assistant professors.

The Bachelor of Science in Energy Engineering is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of Energy engineering. The Energy Engineer focuses on the principles and technologies involved in converting various forms of energy into usable power. This program addresses critical issues related to energy efficiency, sustainability, and the development of renewable energy sources. Students learn about energy systems design, energy storage solutions, and the integration of renewable sources into existing infrastructures.
