Quchan University of Technology Achieves Remarkable Progress in ISC Rankings

According to the latest results released by the Islamic World Science Citation and Monitoring Institute (ISC), Quchan University of Technology has achieved significant improvement across various scientific and technological indicators. To discuss this accomplishment, the university's Public Relations Office conducted an interview with Dr. Amin Yazdi, Vice Chancellor for Education and Research.

Notable Advancement in ISC Rankings

Dr. Amin Yazdi commented on this scientific and technological leap, stating: "Quchan University of Technology has risen from 71st place last year to 58th in the overall ranking this year. This progress is the result of the continuous efforts of faculty members, students, and university management in pursuing academic excellence." He added: *"In the research index, we have advanced from 66th to 51st place. Moreover, in the technology and innovation index, the university has improved from 66th to 42nd, reflecting its strong emphasis on innovation and cutting-edge technologies."*

Quchan University of Technology’s Position Among Iran’s Technical Universities

The university official further highlighted Quchan University of Technology’s standing among Iran’s technical universities: *"Based on the ISC rankings, the university has climbed from 15th to 12th place among technical universities. Additionally, in the research index, we have moved from 16th to 14th, and in the technology and innovation index, we have reached a single-digit rank of 7th. This demonstrates the university’s strategic approach to scientific and research development."*

Future Plans of Quchan University of Technology

Regarding the university’s future plans, Dr. Amin Yazdi remarked: "We are striving to further enhance the university’s position in national and international rankings by developing research infrastructure, supporting technological projects, and fostering continuous collaboration with industry." He concluded by emphasizing: "This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication and collaborative efforts of faculty members, students, and staff. We hope to continue this upward trajectory, establishing Quchan University of Technology as a leading scientific and technological hub in the country."
